- Barcode Registration -
Here's an example, Mr Wong Hong Meng is the holder of a barcoded card. When he enters the ballroom, he saw a familar poster display of the talked-about event. Bringing out his card as evidence of him being invited, the counter girl takes the barcoded card from him and scanned it with a barcode reader. Almost instantly, Mr Wong notices his name appears, along with a pre-assigned number. The counter girl brings to his attention that the number will be used later for Lucky Draw. Later on, Mr Wong notices that the organising committee has no difficulty knowing the attendance because the registration system actually prints out a list of all the registered persons. "Marvellous", thought Mr Wong, "even simple thing as having a dinner, this company puts in such technologies. Certainly, this company must be doing great stuffs !"
- Computerised Lucky Draw -
After the Registration System has registered all the guests, the database is used to be the Lucky Draw system. When a button is depress, the Lucky numbers begin to roll. At the second depression, the rolling stops and the Lucky Winner's name appears.
Besides projects that involving video projection, Cabritz's Event Management also does specialise printing such as superimposing a person's face to a A5 size card, known as 'Live' Prints. Also, such effects may be brought onto video production, where 'Live' photo is taken, then superimpose onto a backdrop, then record to VHS or CDROM ('Live' Presentation). Many vendors produce cards of various designs. We add values to these cards. For example, you can turn a cash card into a registration card usable by the Registration System, or other customised purposes.
